Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist who has hands-on expertise in Performance Marketing and Technical SEO. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms while driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  2. Manage additional paid channels like LinkedIn Ads to drive lead generation and eCommerce growth
  3. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget optimization
  4. Track and improve key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
  5. Execute A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies to enhance performance
  6. Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, site speed, and Core Web Vitals
  7. Manage on-page and technical SEO elements including structured data, sitemaps, canonicalization, robots.txt, and redirects
  8. Set up and manage tracking tools including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs
  9. Analyze campaign and user behavior data using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to derive actionable insights
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, present performance reports, and mentor junior team members

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.(paid advertising)
  2. Strong expertise in Google Ads.
  3. Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  4. Strong knowledge of Technical SEO.
  5. Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  6. Experience implementing conversion tracking and event tracking.
  7. Excellent understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  10. Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts.
