Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist who has hands-on expertise in Performance Marketing and Technical SEO. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms while driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage additional paid channels like LinkedIn Ads to drive lead generation and eCommerce growth
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget optimization
- Track and improve key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
- Execute A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies to enhance performance
- Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, site speed, and Core Web Vitals
- Manage on-page and technical SEO elements including structured data, sitemaps, canonicalization, robots.txt, and redirects
- Set up and manage tracking tools including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs
- Analyze campaign and user behavior data using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to derive actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, present performance reports, and mentor junior team members
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.(paid advertising)
- Strong expertise in Google Ads.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Experience implementing conversion tracking and event tracking.
- Excellent understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts.
